Casting Resins
Please contact the Sales Representative for detailed information.
Casting resins are mainly produced from urea-formaldehyde and phenol formaldehyde resins. Air-curing resins are alkaline phenolic resins and furan resins. Furan resins have different furfuryl alcohol content according to their application areas. Cold box (gas curing) resins are carbon dioxide curing resins and provide a long-lasting sand mixture. It has the advantages of low carbon dioxide use and easy discharge after casting. Hot box resins, on the other hand, are resins that cure at high temperatures with a catalyst.
